Title & Closing Information

⏳ 15-Day Notice Requirement

To ensure a smooth transition and timely processing, title companies must contact the Carriage Hill Estates HOA at least 15 business days prior to the closing date to request formal dues status verification and closing letters.

Late Fees & Rules
Dues are considered delinquent after February 1st. Late accounts are subject to a fee of $25.00 per month plus interest. Additionally, community amenity access (including pool and tennis courts) will be suspended until the balance is settled in full.
Portal Registration
New homeowners will be required to complete our online portal registration immediately following closing. Registration is necessary to activate their member account, receive official community updates, and gain authorization to access digital neighborhood resources.
Amenity Key Fobs
Please verify that the physical electronic key fob for pool and courts is transferred directly from the seller to the buyer at closing. This prevents the new homeowner from incurring additional hardware replacement fees.
