Early-Access Hours

6:30 AM – 8:00 AM
  • Open exclusively to registered CHE/HOA members over the age of 18.
  • Strictly reserved for lap swimming, water aerobics, and structured exercise.
  • No guests are permitted during this window to ensure uninterrupted workouts.

Maintenance Window

8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Pool is closed to all members and guests.
  • Required maintenance activities and safety inspections are performed during this time.
  • Our pool contractor may perform servicing at any point during this window.

Normal Operating Hours

10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Open to all CHE/HOA members and their accompanied guests.
  • Maximum of 6 guests per household; guests must be accompanied by at least one member.
  • Children and teens under the age of 16 must be supervised by a member over the age of 18.
  • Pool party table reservations are available, though the pool remains shared and accessible to all members.

Evening Closing Policy

To ensure the security of our community facility, please plan to exit the pool area before our scheduled 9:00 PM closing time.

Our automated neighborhood pool keys deactivate promptly at closing. Gathering your belongings and leaving a few minutes early helps prevent an accidental lock-in within the facility gates.

Please note that remaining inside after hours may lead to a temporary suspension of pool access privileges, and off-hours gate assistance can involve significant response delays.

Pool Rules & Guidelines

Safety First: The Carriage Hill Estates pool is a private community amenity. Please review the safety and facility rules below to ensure a fun, safe, and clean environment for all families.

Safety & Prohibitions

  • Absolutely No Glass permitted in or around the pool area.
  • No Diving allowed at any time.
  • No Running on the pool deck or surrounding areas.
  • No Smoking or Vaping anywhere within the pool facility.
  • Keep off the safety rope.
  • No Pets allowed inside the pool gates.

Conduct & Environment

  • No Unnecessary Roughness or unsafe play.
  • No Abusive or Foul Language; keep it family-friendly.
  • No Alcoholic Beverages permitted on the premises.
  • No External Music (please use personal headphones).
  • Don’t sit on the steps to keep entryways clear for others.
  • Large inflatables and large floats are not permitted.

Dress Code & Facility Care

  • Appropriate Swimwear Required: Family-friendly attire only. No thong or cheeky bottoms permitted.
  • Keep Food and Drink 10 feet away from the pool edge.
  • Pick Up Your Trash and help keep our community beautiful.
  • Clean Up Your Area before leaving.
  • Put Chairs Back in their proper place before you leave.
  • Put Umbrellas Down after use to protect them from wind damage.

⚠️ Important Safety Notice

No Lifeguard on Duty: All residents and guests swim strictly at their own risk. Please look out for one another and ensure children are monitored diligently at all times.

Video Surveillance: For the safety and security of our community, the pool facility is under 24/7 unattended video surveillance.

Life-threatening Emergency: If a life-threatening emergency occurs at a pool, the priority is to ensure everyone’s safety, call for help immediately, look for the RED PHONE near the entrance and CALL 911

πŸŽ‰ Pool Party Reservations

Interested in hosting a pool party? Please email the board to check availability and schedule your event. Keep in mind that parties take place during normal operating hours, so the pool will remain open to other community members.

Party Guidelines:

  • Fee: $150 charge. Includes setup and reservation of two large rectangular tables with tablecloths under the pergola.
  • Limits: Maximum of 15 guests and a strict 2-hour time limit.
  • Responsibility: All pool rules apply to partygoers. Members are fully responsible for their guests and for ensuring a safe environment.

πŸ”‘ Electronic Access Key Tags

Carriage Hill Estates utilizes an electronic key tag system to ensure secure, private access to our pool facilities for members in good standing.

Key Tag Guidelines & Replacements:

  • Account Status: To maintain active pool access, household HOA dues and any outstanding balances must be fully paid. Key tags are automatically restricted for accounts that are not in good standing.
  • Replacement Fee: If your key tag is lost, misplaced, or you require a new one, a $25 replacement fee applies.
  • Household Limit: To ensure community security, there is a strict limit of one active key tag per household, regardless of the number of residents or co-owners.
  • Resolution Time: If you need to restore access or request a replacement, please reach out to the board. Please plan ahead, as the verification and issuance process typically takes a few business days to complete.
